The benches and table consist of one piece and are internally reinforced with metal. Unlike many other picnic tables, the Lyon guarantees easy entry. The table top consists of 5 planks of 4 x 12 x 180 cm, of which the outer 2 planks are individually reinforced with recessed galvanized flat strips at the bottom and the middle plank is reinforced with a recessed galvanized T-profile at the bottom. In the center and on the two sides of the table top, three galvanized connecting strips are screwed along the bottom that connect the boards together.

Both the boards of the table top and those of the seating surfaces are screwed to the feet along the top with countersunk screws.

Material
The boards and bench feet are solid, 100% made of high-quality recycled plastic (PE and PP) and they are colored in mass. The surface is knot-free, even in color and shows a grained, slightly shiny texture.
