What is a mesh locker and why would it be suitable for us?
A mesh locker is a steel cabinet fitted with mesh. These are generally tubes with mesh welded between them. Mesh lockers are mainly used for storing sports equipment, computer servers, or in the gas industry.
How much ventilation does a mesh locker provide?
A mesh locker provides the best ventilation available. The "large" 40×40 mm holes in the mesh ensure optimal airflow. This allows heat to escape easily and dry wet/damp materials to dry quickly, preventing mold growth.
Can I have a custom-made mesh locker made?
Yes. A mesh locker can always be custom-made! In addition to our standard range, we can tailor everything to meet the customer's requirements.
Can the mesh lockers also be placed outside?
Yes. A mesh locker can certainly be placed outside! The lockers are then provided with a special outdoor coating. In addition, they can also be placed outside under a canopy to extend their lifespan.
How do you maintain the mesh lockers and how long do they last?
A mesh locker requires little to no maintenance. The first mesh lockers were delivered in 1998 and have never been serviced. Partly because of this, we offer a 25-year warranty on the material.
In what situation is a mesh locker better than a closed locker?
With wet or warm materials that require good ventilation, a mesh locker is always better than a closed locker. In addition, there are examples of situations where companies want to know what is in the lockers. The mesh panels prevent anything from being hidden in the lockers.
What additional accessories are available (shelves, hooks, numbering)?
Numbering and shelves are included. If additional shelves or hooks are required, these can always be ordered at an additional cost.
